Custom Route Artifacts

TapiKat creates custom framed artwork from GPS route data you provide. When ordering a custom artifact:

• You are responsible for providing accurate GPS data (GPX files or connected fitness accounts)
• We will use your data solely for creating your ordered artwork
• Each custom piece is handcrafted and may have slight variations in finish
• Production time is typically 10-14 business days from order confirmation

Pre-Made Collections

Our event editions and curated route collections feature official race routes and iconic courses. These products are created under license where applicable and are intended for personal use only.

Ordering and Payment

Placing Orders

By placing an order, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• All information you provide is accurate and complete
• You have the right to use any GPS data you upload
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Payment

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to:

• Custom production requirements
• Carrier delays
• Customs processing for international orders
• Weather or other circumstances beyond our control

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

We want you to love your TapiKat artifact. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:

• The item is in its original condition, undamaged, and in original packaging
• You contact us first to initiate the return
• For custom artifacts: returns are accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or the piece does not match your approved design

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and software, is the property of TapiKat or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any GPS data, photos, or other content you provide to us. By uploading content, you grant TapiKat a limited license to use that content solely for creating your ordered products.

Product Use

Products purchased from TapiKat are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially distribute our products without written permission.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapiKat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TapiKat and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
